The look, feel and functionality of Facebook is constantly changing. Most recently Facebook made it mandatory for all brand pages to switch over to the new Facebook Timeline format. While this change provides consistency across brand pages, it also brings the challenge of learning the new system. We have helped many of our clients adjust to the Facebook Timeline by designing their cover photo, adding new tabs, and helping them find their way around the administrative system. Here’s a question that one of our clients asked. I can assume many others have wondered about this as well:
Q: When I look at our Facebook business page, I can see people who have ‘liked’ us, but I can’t see other businesses that have ‘liked’ us. Is there any way to make this visible on our Facebook page?
A: Unfortunately, there is not currently a way for the businesses that have ‘liked’ you to be displayed on your Facebook business page. Facebook currently only displays the people who have ‘liked’ you.
You can, however, locate this information within the admin panel in your Facebook account. When you log into your account, you’ll see a section in your admin panel labeled “New Likes”. After you locate this section, select the “See All” link in the upper right corner. A new window will appear which displays the people who have ‘liked’ you. Select the button that is labeled “People” and it will open a drop-down menu where you can select “Pages”. The window will now display all of the business pages that have ‘liked’ you.
