CohenTaylor is an executive search firm that specializes in finding the best leaders for mission-driven organizations such as non-profits. Their site is meant to help non-profit organizations recruit the best leaders possible. While their old site had a professional design, it couldn't be edited and wasn't in line with the new brand. CohenTaylor's new site needed to have a clear conversion funnel, a design that fit their brand new style, and could be found by the right people.

Responsive Web Design

We made a design that looks great and has an effective marketing funnel on every device and screen resolution. Users will have a positive experience regardless of whether they're viewing the site on a smartphone, tablet, or computer. This allows CohenTaylor to connect with the leaders they need regardless of the device.

WordPress Development

We developed a WordPress site which was easy to edit. We cleaned up the back end and made a light build that allowed the site to load much faster. We planned and developed an effective linking structure that increased internal links and made the site easier to navigate. These changes also helped the site in search engines.

The Results

The newly launched CohenTaylor site is professional and modern, complete with an effective marketing funnel and build with search engines in mind. The site is much easier to edit than before, and also features speed improvements to help the site run efficiently. While beautification wasn’t the primary goal, the site also looks great and is in line with the new style of the company. The improvements in these areas allow CohenTaylor to be found by their audience, and helps them convert after they find the site.
