StuartCo, a respected Twin Cities property management and development company, approached us about designing a website and user interface that better reflected its brand. It was important that the new site design convey StuartCo’s superior employee and resident satisfaction.

Custom API Integration

We wanted to give StuartCo’s potential residents a personalized, easy and fun apartment search tool. As technology experts, we were energized by this challenge, which involved API (Application Programming Interface) integration with its current Contact Management System, Yardi.

We created a search function that checked for availability within Yardi, and pulled those results into StuartCo’s WordPress site. We added even more versatility by programming in the ability to create search functions that were unavailable in Yardi. Potential tenants can now designate whether they want Luxury Living or Urban Walkability, in addition to many other personalized search variables.

WordPress Development

We built StuartCo’s entire site experience within WordPress with the goal of enhancing SEO and crafting an easy-to-use tool for its team. We also streamlined their employment applications by building them to work right inside WordPress.

User Experience Design

It was important to StuartCo to provide the best possible user experience. We made that happen with the new search tool and ‘save your search’ functionality.

Graphics and Visual Identity

We kicked it up a notch by helping StuartCo create a stunning website that is more in line with its visual identity.

Email Marketing

We improved lead generation by integrating email marketing with the site’s enhanced search functionality. People searching for apartments enter an email address to save their results on the website. StuartCo can now email potential tenants to follow up on their specific searches.

The Results

The newly launched StuartCo site is strikingly beautiful, with an versatile user experience that will keep residents coming back. Our work with StuartCo continues as we dive into a new project: developing a complex email marketing series connected to the Contact Management System. This project will involve additional API and design work, and conditional automation within MailChimp. Stay tuned for more results! .
