Challenge: To share its hundreds of documents with the general public, and use the materials as lead generators.

Result: Checkerboard Internet Services indexed the documents on the Web site, making them downloadable for members only. Membership is a lead generation tool because it requires the prospect to give their name, business, title and address. In addition, the client can view the exact files each member downloads indicating areas of interest. This information is used for customized e-mail marketing, which also is handled by Checkerboard. We also control sales and registration for BWF's Webinars. And we created the client's print brochure.
